The above tournament players are highly motivated to improve their skills (win or lose). By charting their matches during actual competition they can measure their improvement. Often those stats that show improvement are more motivating to them than winning. It helps take the disappointment out of losses when they walk off the court and see their first serve % went up a few numbers from the month before, or when they see they have won a higher % of net appearances over the same opponent they played two months ago. The NR/2.0 Tracking System works like it does for the NBA where a basketball players walks off the court after losing the game but instantly takes comfort and motivation when the Coach shows that he got 4 more steals than his average and a 9% improvement at the free throw line.
